Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Charismap, operated by Sociolite. By signing up, signing in, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you use Charismap on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

Charismap offers social-skills education, practice scenes, journaling tools, and AI coaching. It is for personal development. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or a dating agency, and it does not guarantee dates, relationships, or outcomes.

Features may change, pause, or be limited (including a free AI prompt allowance) as we operate the product.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account.

Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others, share accounts, or create accounts to evade a ban.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to harass, stalk, or exploit anyone; not to upload illegal or sexual content involving minors; not to attempt to break into the service, scrape it abusively, or reverse-engineer it except as allowed by law; and not to use AI outputs to harm, defraud, or impersonate others.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

AI content

Mapster and practice tools generate text (and sometimes images) from models we do not fully control. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use them in the real world.

Do not rely on the app as your only source of safety advice when meeting people.

Payments and Pro

Paid Pro is a one-time unlock for unlimited AI prompts on your account, as described on the pricing page at the time you pay.

Price is regional: customers in India are charged in Indian rupees; customers accessing the service from other countries are charged in US dollars (currently fifteen US dollars). The amount shown at checkout and charged by Razorpay is the amount you agree to pay.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. You authorise Razorpay to charge the selected method. Taxes, if any, may be included or added as required by law.

Unless required by applicable law, Pro payments are non-refundable once unlock is granted. If a payment fails or is reversed (chargeback), we may revoke Pro access.

Test-mode checkouts (when we use Razorpay test keys) do not move real money and may only accept Razorpay’s published test instruments.

Intellectual property

Sociolite and its licensors own Charismap, including software, lesson content, and branding. You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

You may not copy the product, lesson curriculum, or branding for a competing service.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sociolite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or outcomes of social interactions. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one thousand Indian rupees if you have not paid.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the product, with reasonable notice when practical.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
